Special Guest Interview: Voltaire Pablo P. Pablo, III is currently the Ministry Center Director of the Leadership Associates Philippines. He took this position in 2017 after his retirement from government after 32 years of service. Mr. Pablo’s was Vice-President for Human Resource Management Group of the Landbank of the Philippines (LBP). He also served Landbank Leasing Corporation (LLC), was Marketing Manager & National Coordinator, Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, and Technical Staff for Special Projects at the National Food and Agriculture Council. Mr. Pablo’s academics include a Master of Management, major in Development Management.
