A primary reason for the existence of Leadership Development Resources is to respond pro-actively to the rapid pace of organizational growth around the world with program consulting and training tools.
The academic process for training is most demanding at the college level. Each of these manuals include a complete teaching outline for one semester of teaching (the exception being the “Studies in Systematic Theology,” which includes four semesters of material). We believe that it will be relatively easy for teachers to take these manuals and use them for a number of other applications.
