Part II looks at David and Daniel and concludes with three keys for knowledge and understanding.

Leading or Reacting Series
Are you leading or reacting? If you don’t know where you are going, or the purpose for which you were born, you will be constantly changing course, caught in an endless cycle of reacting, failing to lead. This series provide symptoms of a reactionary leadership style and keys to become a proactive leader. Terry’s challenge for you in this series is to recognize your areas of vulnerability and identify keys to focus your direction.
Session 1 “Run”
Are you leading or reacting? If you don’t know where you are going, or that for which you were made, you will be constantly changing course, caught in an endless cycle of reacting, fail to lead. The challenge is to run your race, run your pace, run with grace.
Session 2 “Focused or Frenzied?”
Are you living intentionally, or are you caught up in an endless cycle of mediocrity and frustration? This session is the first of two which will examine the symptoms of a reactive lifestyle. My challenge to you in this series, is to recognize your vulnerability and identify keys to focus your direction.
Session 3 “Energized or Exhausted?”
This presentation continues the “Leading or Reacting” series. Are you “Energized or Exhausted?” Focused or fatigued? Frazzled, worn down, near burnout? How will you know? This session completes our study of the symptoms of a reactionary leadership style preparing us to move forward with keys to lead
Session 4 “Living Intentionally”
It is time to move forward, lead and not be mired in reaction. This session presents the first three keys to focus and become proactive.
Session 5 “Focused Leading”
These are days of difficulty and opportunity. Focus brings clarity, clarity identifies direction, focused direction produces excellence and fulfillment. In this final session of our “Leading or Reacting” series, we examine four keys which release God’s purpose for your being.
